REGISTRATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES AHCAE reserves the right to modify or cancel any
event due to unforeseen circumstances. Registered attendees will be notified of cancellation in advance of
the event and will receive a full refund of monies paid for the cancelled event within 30 days of notification.
The event will not be rescheduled. AHCAE assumes no responsibility for personal expenses.
REFUNDS AHCAE provides full refunds less a processing fee of $125 for registration cancellations made
at least 45 days prior to the first day of the event. NO REFUNDS are provided within 30 days of the first
