ORACY AND PRONOUNCIATION
Students will be trained to speak with

figure out what they are saying. A true orator is
one who speaks both fluently and accurately.
Students will be taught pronunciation
strategies such as word and sentence stress,
thought groups, contractions and many more.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
At the end of this programme, students will be
able to speak with fluency and precision so as

CLASSIC PROGRAMMES
INTERVIEW SKILLS
Students will be taught how to leave a lasting
impression on the interviewer that goes beyond
paper qualifications. They will be equipped
with proper interview etiquette and skills to
market themselves. Besides that, participants
will learn how to manage their feelings of fear
or nervousness, hence developing their selfconfidence during interviews, and allowing
them to perform at their best during the
interviews. The aim of this session is for the
participants to understand the purpose and
demands of an interview. It will be conducted
in an activity-based style, which would enable
participants to have a hands-on approach
to responding in an interview and to try out
being in the shoes of the interviewer.
ACTIVE LISTENING
Students will learn techniques to enable them
to be effective listeners so as to be competent
communicators. Lessons will be conducted in
a hands-on environment, where students will
have ample practice in various role plays and
scenarios set by the trainer
THINKING ABOUT
YOUR SPEAKING
Students learn how to understand their
thought processes by employing various
techniques such as self-questioning, thinkingout-loud, having a sense of awareness of
situation. Participants are then taught
inherent cognitive biases that are present
in all individuals which leads to perceptual
distortion, inaccurate judgment, illogical
interpretation
EQ SPEAK
Students will be instilled with the elements
of Emotional Quotient in the area of
communication. Being able to speak and
being able to communicate are two different
concepts. An individual might be an efficient
speaker but not an efficient communicator.
Students will leap ahead in problem solving
by making sure to know "whose 'but' 'should'
be on the line" to ensure that communication
is a two way process, not an assertion of power.
Students will also learn how to react and
speak in different scenarios involving different
individuals.
