trademark at Royal Eijkelkamp. Royal Eijkelkamp
has been devising, developing, producing and
delivering smart solutions for soil and water
projects worldwide since 1911.
These innovative solutions, together with the
existing knowledge and expertise of our soil and
water specialists, have served to raise projects to
a higher level. From field measurement equipment
to smart sensoring & sampling and from Edelman

Royal Eijkelkamp comprises of Eijkelkamp Soil & Water, Eijkelkamp
SonicSampDrill, Eijkelkamp Academy and the Eijkelkamp Foundation. Four
different companies with one binding factor: the focus is on soil and water.
Eijkelkamp Soil & Water offers solutions for soil and water
projects. Having become known for the Edelman hand
auger, the product range has now expanded to over 2,500
products for soil augering and soil-sampling equipment,
laboratory equipment, sensors & monitoring, water
(-bottom) sampling equipment, manure treatment
technology and field measurement equipment.
Eijkelkamp SonicSampDrill is the producer of Sonic drilling
and sampling equipment for use in environmental drilling,
mining & mineral exploration, geotechnical sampling &
testing and special foundations drilling. Sonic drilling is
fast, efficient and clean.
Eijkelkamp Academy is Royal Eijkelkamp’s centre of expertise.
The 3 cornerstones of Eijkelkamp Academy are Training,
Consultancy and Applied Research. Eijkelkamp Academy also
works closely with Wageningen University, Hogeschool Van
Hall Larenstein, IHE-UNESCO, CAH Vilentum Hogeschool and
IPC Groene Ruimte.
The Eijkelkamp Foundation has at its disposal the knowledge,
means and equipment which can help improve soil and water
quality for all of us. Our 100 years of specialised knowledge
and entrepreneurship is now also benefiting the worldwide
community. The latest and most ambitious project of the
Eijkelkamp Foundation is The Water Entrepreneur.

in the mining sector, IHC Mining,

for holistic approaches and

challenges. The combined

management capacities for
safe, responsible and
sustainable mining and
tailings management.
Real-Time-Mining
The overall aim of the Horizon
2020 funded Real-Time-Mining
project is to develop a realtime framework to decrease
environmental impact and
increase resource efficiency
in the European raw material
extraction industry. The
project consortium consists
of 13 European partners from
5 countries and is led by the
Resource Engineering Section
of the Delft University of
Technology.
