Breathing Space – An Opportunity To Practice Mindfulness
015
Life can be challenging when we are facing our own personal struggles: we might
experience our minds being filled with worrying thoughts and self-criticism. There are
times when we might try to tackle these thoughts, but this can leave us feeling unhappy
or perhaps anxious. Mindfulness gives you the chance to see things differently.
Becoming mindful allows you the space to really be in the present moment. This
workshop also provides you with the opportunity to think about mindfulness as a
wellness tool in your recovery journey.
