well as many other wedding extras such
as distinctively designed place cards, cake
boxes and guestbooks. Renaissance can
create a day that’s special for everyone.
Room set ups that are outside of standard hotel guidelines may be subject
to additional labor fees.
Requests to set the event prior to contracted time will be considered based
on function space availability and may be subject to additional labor fees.
ELECTRICAL CHARGES
The hotel can accommodate most electrical needs, however, there may be
charges for those electrical requirements beyond standard capacity. In the
event a power drop is required, a $245.00+ charge will apply. Please consult
your Event Manager to determine whether or not you require additional
power.
DECORATIONS
You are allowed to provide your own decorations at no additional cost, as
long as you do not require the assistance of our staff. If you would like the
hotel to order specific décor for you, please consult with your Event Manager
for pricing. The hotel will not permit the affixing of anything to the walls or
ceilings of the rooms unless written approval is given by the Event
Management department. Fog machines and open flame for candles are not
permitted.

SPECIAL NOTE REGARDING BAR ARRANGEMENTS
The Renaissance Los Angeles Airport Hotel is the sole alcoholic beverage licensee on the hotel
premises. It is subject to the regulations of the state alcoholic beverage commission and
violations of the regulations may jeopardize the hotel’s license. We request you cooperate in
honoring the hotel’s policy of prohibiting alcoholic beverages from outside sources to be brought
on property without authorization and appropriate corkage fees.
LIABILITY INSURANCE
Hotel may require, in its sole discretion, any vendor to provide liability insurance
for services rendered for your event. Please consult your Event Manager prior to
booking your vendors for approval
OUTSIDE CATERING
All food and beverages must be provided by hotel. No outside food and beverage is permitted,
unless approved for special circumstances or concessions approved by hotel. In the event
of hotel approval for specific item (s) a liability waiver and insurance must be provided and signed.
These services will result in an additional cost. Please review with your Catering Sales or Event
Manager for additional information and pricing.

Oversee the ceremony, reception room set up, food preparations and other hotel operations
Conduct your menu tasting (no more that 3 months in advance)
Be your on-site contact, along with your banquet captain to ensure a successful event

Check set-up of ceremony and ballroom area according to the banquet event order contract
Move guests from pre-reception space into ballroom when doors open
Greet guests as they enter the ballroom
Assist Bride & Groom to their seats
