Print out multiple copies of the bunting template. Cut out each triangle until you have about 20 pieces in total. Fold the flap over and use the sticky tape to attach to ribbon. Repeat this process until you have used all the ribbon. Cut a zigzag across the bottom of the oversized green t-shirt. 2. You can also cut zigzags around the sleeves, or cut off the sleeves to create a tunic shape. 3. Tie the red scarf or strip of fabric around the elf ’s waist to create a sash. 4. Gold bells can be sewn on the end of the hat or on the hem of the tunic for decoration. 5. Elves can wear riding boots, felt slippers, ballet slippers or bare feet.
