The technology behind SmartCap was
developed within CRCMining, a Cooperative
Research Centre established by the Australian
government, supported by four universities
and 13 industry partners including equipment
manufacturers and mining companies.

Life by SmartCap

fatigue monitoring

Life provides real-time feedback, helping
drivers proactively manage their own alertness
- anywhere, anytime.
Our LifeBand uses EEG to provide operator
fatigue alerts via Bluetooth to our App as the
risk of a microsleep is identified. This data is
streamed live to our central cloud database
for analysis and possible intervention.

Field validation was completed by participating

from the Faculty of Medicine at the University
of Chile.
