KRIS KON WOODFORD is a turnkey project.
*NRI (nett revenue interest): The operator pays a royalty to the landowner for the right to extract
oil and natural gas on his land (The Lease).
In this project royalty is 25%. I.e. investor’s nett revenue interest is 0.5% -25% = 0.375%.



Investments in oil and natural gas wells are asscociated with risks. However, investor’s
maximum loss cannot exceed the invested amount.
Investor cannot sell or transfer Working Interests in this project to US-citizens.
For this project the terms in Kris Kon’s purchase agreement dated August 2011 apply.

This project is located in Wagoner County, Oklahoma and Knox County, Texas. There have been
oil and natural gas production in Oklahoma for more than 100 years and today there are more
than 80,000 producing oil wells and nearly 40,000 gas wells in the state of Oklahoma.
Oklahoma key attributes:




Crude Oil Proved Reserves: 630 million barrels (Accounts for 2.9% of U.S. crude oil proved
reserves.
Crude Oil Production (2006): 62.8 million barrels (Accounts for 3.3% of U.S. crude oil
production .
Natural Gas Proved Reserves: 17.1 trillion cubic feet (Accounts for 8.4% of U.S. natural gas
proved reserves.
Natural Gas Production (2006): 1.645 trillion cubic feet (Accounts for 8.8% of U.S natural gas
production).
Wagoner County and the Woodford Shale formation, target depth
of the wells in this project, is considered very prolific.
This project includes drilling of 3 vertical Oil-/ gas wells.
Estimated production from100 to 300 barrels of oil and 300 to 600
MCF (1000 cubic feet) of natural gas.
