Dr Bentley also gives adequate time to his patients covering all treatment options and involves the patient in such a way to feel they are part of the treatment plan with their feelings considered

I have been seeing GPs here for 2 years and they have helped me on my needs, specifically Dr Israel.
My doctor is always very helpful and gives all the information and advice I happen to need
All staff are charming and very helpful. However th epremises are an absolute disgrace - terrible for the patients and also for the staff. It is obvious that this practice is planned for future closure and amalgamation

Haven't had much experience recently
Sometimes it's really hard to book an appointment
The main reasons are it is difficult to bok an appointment. Also one has to wait a long time to be seen by the doctor
Every time if I have an appointment - mostly delay! It makes me frustrated and angry because I am ill
Seem to be bursting at the seams already.
Previously I have been concerned about the rude, uncaring ethos of the Practice. Today it seems much better - I got an appointment quickly, the doctor was efficient and the receptionist helpful. Things are improving!
The surgery is often cramped particularly in the reception area as well as in the upper secretarial area.

Long waits for appointments
This building not good access for disabled people and the hall on the 2nd floor is too narrow. Hardly able to sit - too close to front door of consulting rooms
badly organised; long waiting time; small waiting area; but beautiful receptionist
The doctors are great but the surgery is very out of date and needs upgrading or new premises
One of the doctors suggested that the chronic stomach pains could be 'in my head' before I'd had a simple test and I was sent to a general hospital department rather than a specialist - the practice admitted their mistake
I can't go through the surgery with my buggy. No proper waiting room upstairs and need to wait 40 minutes with babies standing. Appointments are never on time. The check-in machine is often wrong…

Long waiting times, toilet seat falling off when I went to give a sample and seemed unclean. However there has been an improvement in the reception staff on the phone - shorter waiting time
Very inefficient in any sort of service other than giving an appointment for 2 weeks in advance
Every time we go to our appointments we wait 1-2 hours.
This is the second time I have made the 1st appointment with the nurse and she is alte again
