NOMINATION FOR THE SIR GEORGE
CARTERET ENDEAVOUR AWARD 2015
1. The Sir George Carteret Endeavour Award is open to all young
persons up to the maximum age of 19 years old who have
demonstrated
the
same
characteristics
of
Loyalty,
Determination and Dedication as Sir George Carteret.
2. Completed Nomination Forms are to be delivered to the Parish,
Public or Town Hall of the nominees home Parish before the
end of October 2015. Late nominations will be rejected.
3. Completed Nominations must have the full names and
addresses of both the person making and seconding the
nomination.
4. The Nomination must also contain evidence in support of the
nomination such as one or more of details, dates, photographs
and/or witnesses.
5. The Judges decision will be final. There is no appeal.
