Biographical/Sketch/Administrative History
Donald Percy Guthrie was born on September 19th, 1898, the son of lawyer Hugh Guthrie. Guthrie earned a
Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto, and was admitted to Osgoode Hall Law School in 1922.
Guthrie was called to the Bar of Ontario in 1925. He was appointed a King's Counsel in 1944. Guthrie died on
April 25th, 1990.
Scope and Content
Fonds consists of records relating to the legal career of Donald Percy Guthrie. Records include case notes,
programmes and menus from Osgoode Hall Law School reunion dinners, a letter and a certificate.
