CREATE A KHAN ACCOUNT
1. Go to ​www.khanacademy.org​ in a web browser.
2. Select Sign in/Sign up from the top right corner.
3. Log in with your Glenbard Google account.
4. Make sure you are using your Glenbard Google account. When prompted, select A
​ llow​ and
Remember this approval for the next 30 days​.
ENTER YOUR SAT SCORES
The College Board teamed up with Khan Academy to provide resources to help students tune up for the new
SAT. Within Khan there are six practice tests that students can download and take and receive scores.
Students can also set up a regimen of daily practice questions in the four tested subjects and received a
personalized practice plan based on their scores.
1. Select ​Subjects​ from the top right corner and then select T
​ est Prep -> SAT​.
2. If you have already taken the SAT or PSAT, select ​Sign in to the CollegeBoard.org.
3. When prompted, agree to ​link your Khan Academy and College Board​ accounts. Hit ​Send​.
4. If you have not taken these tests, ​you
can take a full test or take diagnostic quizzes
and then receive your personalized practice plan.​ Look for these options under the
Current Skill Level​ section
JOIN A CLASS
1. If your teacher is using Khan and invites you to join a class, go to your dashboard and select the
Coaches​ tab.
2. Enter the ​Class Code​ that your teacher gave you and select J
​ oin the Class​. (The class code is NOT
case sensitive).
3. Your teacher may assign you practice recommendations. These will appear on your dashboard.
