PRICES INCLUDE: Flying in and out from our seaplane base, midweek service flights, cabin or mini cabin as per site, set for housekeeping, boats motors and fuel/canoes as per site, all moose and gear
flown out. Weight Limit: 150 lbs. of gear per person. Overload charges are .75 per pound.
HUNTERS NEED: Food, sleeping bags, ax and small saw for wood stove, FISHING AND HUNTING LICENSES (we sell), first aid kit, all fishing tackle and hunting supplies, meat saw and cheese cloth and
personal gear. We recommend a Coleman/propane lantern with fuel. We supply the keyhole life vests, but recommend you bring your own personal (wearable) PFD. Hunters must
provide previous proof of hunting experience in the form of an old license. Hunters will pay all Canadian customs fees for importing firearms and exporting game.
DISCOUNTS: Parties of 6 or more: Rate will be reduced by $150 each • Rates will be reduced by $50 per hunter for parties NOT needing a rental outboard motor.
Parties of 5: Rate will be reduced by $100 each
DEPOSIT: $300 per Hunter - Minimum $1200 CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel your trip 120 days prior to your trip, you will receive a 90% refund on your deposit.
IVANHOE RIVER INN RATE: COTTAGE LOG SUITE: $700 for one person for a 7 day stay.
VIP LOG SUITES/BAY COTTAGE/JUNIPER COTTAGE: $1500 for 4 hunters for a 7 day stay.
Add $200 per person for additional hunters for a 7 day stay if guest staying in same unit.
CAMPING IN WMU: 23, 26 OR 30 RATE: You supply your own camping equipment, accommodations, food, own transportation, (boat & motor vehicle), skinning knife for field dressing and cheese cloth.
We supply the approved campsite.
$200 per hunter. Minimum 4 hunters.
ADD ONE COW TAG: With Accommodations supplied $1,600 (IF AVAILABLE).
ADD ONE BULL TAG: With Accommodations supplied $2,000 (IF AVAILABLE).
RESTRICTIONS: Hunters must be accommodated with Air Ivanhoe either at the drive in lodge or an approved campsite, to use any tags supplied by Air Ivanhoe. Minimum 7 Day accommodation pricing
for us to supply an adult tag.

All units are equipped for light housekeeping with thermostatically controlled heat, full sized refrigerator, stove, lights, all dishes, cookware, silverware, towels, pillows, mattresses,
sheets and blankets. Dish soap, hand and body soap supplies. We also offer a color television in each suite. Boat docking available at no additional charge.
HUNTERS NEED: Food, own transportation, (boat & motor vehicle), skinning knife for field dressing and cheese cloth.

ONTARIO’S PARTY HUNTING SYSTEM - MOOSE

They have the proper validation tag (bull, cow, calf) within their group.

They can communicate and are within the legal distance with each other at all times. This system allows for the group or any individual hunter in the group to harvest an animal, as long as their group holds the
proper validation tag. Example: You hold a calf validation tag. Your partner holds a bull validation tag. You are hunting on your own within communicating and legal distance and you see and kill a bull moose. At
this time your partner affixed his/her bull tag to the bull moose.
TROPHY DRIVE-IN BEAR HUNT
SEASON DATES: May 1 - June 15 and August 15 - Oct 31, 2017
OUR OPERATING SEASON: June 3 - 10 and August 19 - September 16, 2017
RATE: $1700 Canadian funds per hunter
PRICE INCLUDES: This is a 7 Day Trophy hunt from Saturday-Saturday and includes pre-baited sites, tree stands or ground blinds, guiding service for baiting and
help in removing & transportation of all animals, accommodations with full kitchens, gutting/skinning/quartering your trophy and freezer
facilities to freeze your animals. More information at www.airivanhoe.com. No trophy fees apply, however there is an export fee to take your
animal out of Canada of around $40. We sell all licences for our hunters including bear/fishing licences and export permits.
