About the scheme
Herbert Pollard House is located in Hull, to the east of the city. The
scheme has 36 homes specifically designed for older people, and
offers an opportunity for independent living in a safe, comfortable
and secure environment.
The scheme is set out over three floors, with lift and stairs leading to
the first and second floor accommodation. Most of the flats are one
bedroom with separate lounge, kitchen and bathroom. We also
have four two bedroom and one three bedroom flats.
Within walking distance of the scheme is general store, post office,
fish and chip shop, GP Surgery and chemist.
There is a bus stop opposite Herbert Pollard House, which takes you
to Hull city centre where there are a huge variety of shops and
facilities available.
