2017 Northern Goldenrod Area Cookie Cupboards
Cookie Cupboards will be open FEBRUARY 8 – MARCH 6, 2017 to distribute cookies for additional sales.
They will remain open through MARCH 8, 2017 for distribution of cookies needed to fill Gift of Sharing orders.
All Cupboard reorders are entered in Snap+ as Planned Orders BEFORE going to a Cookie Cupboard. Once
entered, YOU MUST CALL THE CUPBOARD MANAGER TO ARRANGE FOR PICK-UP.
Troops may place one Planned Order per week by the end of day on Sunday. Without a Planned Order we
cannot guarantee Cupboard inventory; if cookies are needed during a Cookie Booth please contact the
Cupboard Manager. She will work with the troop to fill orders as soon as possible. An adult must pick up
cookies and sign all paperwork for all reorders.
Troops order cookies from the Cupboards by the PACKAGE. Only order what is actually sold or needed for
scheduled booth sales – DO NOT OVER ORDER! Once cookies are taken from a Cupboard they belong to
the troop. THERE ARE NO RETURNS, EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS!
The troop is financially responsible for the total number of packages taken from all Cupboards throughout the
sale. The total Amount Due to the Council for all cookies received from cupboards will be ACH withdrawn from
troop account beginning MARCH 24, 2017.
