We accept reservations up to 2 months in advance.
Reservations may be made in person, over the phone
or via e-mail. A valid credit card is required to secure
a reservation. Priority will be given to personnel on
PCS or Emergency Leave orders.
Vaccination Requirements
Dogs: Rabies
Distemper and Parvo
Bordetella (kennel cough)
Additional Information
Dogs and cats: $18.00 a day for one dog and $14.00 a
day for one cat, $5.00 a day for each additional pet in the
same kennel. Dogs and cats will not be allowed to stay
in the same kennel. No more than two animals may
stay in the same kennel; however exceptions can be
made for small pets (kittens, small dogs).
Small animals (birds, rabbits, etc...): $4.00 a day
· You may visit your pet during operating hours.
If you remove your pet from the kennel, you must
return prior to closing time. If you are late, you are
responsible for your pet until the kennel reopens.
· If a pet is unclaimed on the scheduled pick-up date
and the kennel has not been notified of the delay,
the owner will be charged a late fee.
Pets picked up before 10 am will not be charged for
that day.
Pets will not be released without full payment of fees.
We accept cash, personal checks and credit cards.
Cats: Rabies
Distemper and Feline Leukemia
All fees are accepted in U.S. currency only.
Ferrets: Rabies and Distemper
A copy of vaccination records must be provided to
the kennel or the original documents must be left at the
kennel during your pet's stay. Pets will not be accepted
for boarding without the proper vaccinations.
All animals should be visibly healthy. If your pet
requires medication, a medication sheet must be
filled out at the kennel upon arrival. Keep in mind,
kennel staff is not certified to give injections.
Feeding
The kennel provides dry food for dogs and cats at no
extra cost. All other food must be supplied by the owner.
All food and treats you provide for your pets must be
stored in an airtight container (no zip-loc type bags).
Additional Information
· Pets must be at least 3 months old to be boarded at the
kennel.
· Owners are responsible for dropping off and picking up
their pets, unless they give written authorization for
someone else to do so.
· We provide beds and blankets, litter and litter boxes,
food and water bowls. You may bring one toy for your pet
however the kennel is not responsible for lost or damaged
toys. Any toy presenting a choking hazard will be
removed from the kennel.
· Cats and other small animals are not allowed outdoors.
An enclosed play area is available for cats.
· Dogs are let outdoors in fenced-in yards daily.

SHAPE ID Card Holders: Chièvres Air Base is a US military facility and requires a special US ID to enter;
however, for established Kennel reservations, you will be allowed to enter the base with a confirmed reservation
at the Gate.. please provide your SHAPE ID along with one more form of ID and your reservation information.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations may be made up to 3 days prior the
drop off date without penalty to the customer.
Customers who do not cancel their reservation in
accordance with our cancellation policy will be
charged 50% of their total reservation.
Customers who arrive after their scheduled drop-off
date will be charged for each day as a "no-show",
provided space is still available for their pet.
