Hello Patriots! “Collaboration Assessment Guide” & “Collaboration Product” are
listed as first and second assignments in your Assessment tab. You don’t have to
do them first and can be completed anytime throughout our course for US Gov.
Collaboration is your required 1 Live Lesson session. 4 to 8 sessions are held
every week. See calendar. Please review the information below for guidance:
COLLABORATION LIVE LESSONS
Only ONE session required for our course | a second one is optional for extra credit (submit under “Enrichment 2”).
Choose day & time that fits your schedule | Can be completed at any time throughout the course. Plan ahead.
Sessions are taught by various US Government instructors to facilitate your participation in the session. ☺
A microphone or webcam is not needed, just an hour of your participation. Again, plan ahead—they are fun!

You can also click anywhere on calendar 10-15 minutes before the specific time of your chosen session day.
USERNAME INSTRUCTIONS FOR LOGGING INTO LIVE LESSON SESSION
To enter and join collaboration live lesson session, students must log in using this username format:
First name Last name – Teacher’s name
For example:
“George Washington - Mr. Flores” OR “Michelle Obama (Flores)” OR “Peter Griffin, Flores”
Please log in early! Do not miss access to live lesson sessions:
After 10 minutes past the day & time, live sessions are usually locked!!!
HOW TO EARN GRADE AFTER THE LIVE LESSON COLLABORATION SESSION
At the end of each live lesson sessions, the instructor(s) will give students
A. the Collaboration Form
B. the Collaboration Product
These two will be your proof of participation in the collaboration live lesson session.
Submit both in your Assessment tab for a grade (see below where and how).
Paste your answers from the form in the "collaboration assessment guide" as
a post in the student comment box.
