Presently various artificial components or press cake (cocoa powder) are typically used in the production of hot chocolate mixtures. As a result consumer gets a milk beverage that tastes like chocolate. Cocoa powder can significantly improve the taste of the final product. However such product can not be called completely natural as certain emulsifiers (substances used to blend together ingredients which might not blend well on their own) are usually present in it to provide for dilution of the powder in water or milk. Moreover such product does not have health benefits of natural chocolate as all major chocolate valuable biologically active nutrients are contained in extracted cocoa butter. «Chintaka» chocolate is a completely natural product that contains cocoa mass (and a cocoa butter as a consequence). There are 60 gr. of shaved chocolate per portion. Thus the customer drinks chocolate and not a beverage that just tastes like chocolate.
