I am going to read you a list of reasons people sometimes give for not having health
insurance. What is the main reason why you do /DID not have health insurance? Is
it…?
It’s too expensive
Employer offers plan, but you are not eligible
because of waiting periods or part-time work
You don’t think you need insurance
Can’t get it due to poor health, illness, or age
Other family member has insurance, but it doesn’t
cover you
You don’t know how to get insurance
Your immigration status prevents you from
getting insurance
Some other reason
