Where will the 2016 UEFA Super Cup™ be played?
The 2016 UEFA Super Cup™ will be played in Trondheim, Norway, at Lerkendal Stadion on Tuesday
9th August 2016, kicking off at 20.45 CET (local time).

When will the ticket sales start?
Ticket sales for the 2016 UEFA Super Cup™ will start on Monday 30th May 2016 at 12.00 CET and
will close on Thursday 30th June 2016 at 12.00 CET. https://supercup.tickets.uefa.com is the only
official sales channel.
3. How do I apply for tickets? Can I obtain tickets for the 2016 UEFA
Super Cup™ from online auction or ticket exchange sites? Are these
official tickets?
https://supercup.tickets.uefa.com will be the only official sales channel for all general public tickets
to the 2016 UEFA Super Cup™. Tickets sold through any other channels, such as for example:
online ticket brokers, auction websites, ticket resale platforms, private classifieds etc. are
unauthorized by UEFA. We especially encourage fans not to be lured into deals with street touts,
who not only demand prices far exceeding the face value of the ticket but may also sell counterfeit,
cancelled or invalid tickets and are often not even in possession of the tickets they purport to have
for sale. Seats will also be reserved for each of the clubs that reaches the 2016 UEFA Super Cup™
who will be selling participating teams’ tickets directly to their club’s fans few weeks before the match.
Please enquire directly with the participating club concerned about the possibility to purchase such
tickets.

Who can apply for tickets through UEFA.com?
Tickets offered for sale during the online sales period are intended for neutral football supporters
worldwide who would like to attend the match irrespective of which clubs qualify. Please note that
these tickets are for individuals only.
5. What are the rules for applying for tickets for the 2016 UEFA Super
Cup™?
When applying for tickets for the 2016 UEFA Super Cup™, you are bound by the ticketing terms and
conditions laid down by UEFA and the Football Association of Norway. Please read them carefully
before applying for tickets. Please refer to the following link:

How much do tickets cost?
Tickets for the general public are available in the following price categories:

7. What are restricted view tickets?
Restricted view tickets are seats with a slight view restriction due to structural elements existing in
the venue. They are offered at a discounted price.

8. Where is each category situated in the stadium?
The stadium is split into three categories situated as follow:
Category 1 >> Centrally positioned
Category 2 >> Mainly in the corners

9. Can I apply for tickets in different price categories?
Applications can only be made for tickets within one price category. However, in order to increase
lottery winning chances, applicants can indicate that they would willing to accept tickets in a different
price category by ticking the appropriate box on the application page at the ticket portal. In such
case, if tickets in the price category selected are no longer available, applicant may be allocated
tickets in another price category. You may only ever be upgraded or downgraded by one price
category.
10. Are any tickets available at reduced rates?
Applicants for wheelchair spaces who are successful in the lottery will be allocated tickets in category
3 and will receive a complimentary ticket for an accompanying person.

11. Are tickets available for Disabled Spectators?
Accessibility tickets are available for the 2016 UEFA Super Cup for persons who require accessible
(disabled-friendly) seating. Two categories of accessibility tickets, wheelchair user and easy access,
are provided and these accessible seats will be available in the general public and hospitality areas.
12. What is a wheelchair user ticket?
Wheelchair user tickets are provided for disabled persons who use a manual or electric wheelchair
to get around. Dedicated wheelchair user areas are generally located close to accessible amenities
at the stadium.
13. What is an easy access seat?
Tickets for easy access seats are provided for disabled people who do not use a wheelchair but
require seating with easy access that is close to accessible amenities. Easy access seats are
suitable for disabled people with limited mobility requiring minimal or no stepped access, extra
legroom, disabled people with assistance or guide dogs and disabled spectators who prefer to sit in
designated disabled-friendly areas. Disabled people requiring easy access may include ambulant
disabled people, partially sighted and blind people, hard of hearing and deaf people and other
disabled people who prefer to sit in accessible (disabled-friendly) areas of the stadium.
14. Are companion / carer tickets available for an accompanying
person?
Dependent on requirement and proof of disability, a complementary companion / personal assistant
ticket will be provided to assist and accompany a disabled person with a valid accessibility ticket
(wheelchair user or easy access ticket).
15. What ‘proof of disability’ documents are required as part of my
application?
Disabled persons applying for an accessibility ticket must provide proof of eligibility as part of their
accessibility ticketing application. Please provide a ‘proof of disability’ that is commonly and widely
accepted in your country of residence. Please be courteous to the other fans and only apply for
accessibility tickets if accessible seating is genuinely required.
16. Will audio-descriptive commentary be provided for partially sighted
and blind fans?
FM transmission will be available for the Super Cup. The radio frequency will be announced
approximately one week prior the match and will be published in the FAQs. Alternatively, you may
ask for this information directly at the stadium.

17. Is there a minimum age for children to attend the match? Is there any
discount for children?
For security reasons, no one will be allowed into the stadium without a valid ticket, children included.
Please also note that there are no discounted ticket prices for children.
18. Can my child sit on my lap?
Yes but for security reasons, no one will be allowed into the stadium without a valid ticket, children
included.
19. Who is entitled to purchase accessibility tickets?
Accessibility tickets are available for disabled persons who require accessible (disabled-friendly)
seating. Two categories of disabled spectator tickets, wheelchair user and easy access, are provided
in the stadium.
Accessibility ticket applicants are required to provide proof of disability at the moment they submit
their application.
20. Accessibility ticket applicants are required to provide proof of
disability. What is the procedure for applying for accessibility
tickets?
If you are a wheelchair user or need easy access, and wish to apply for an accessibility ticket, please
log in your account and within the “Ticket Selection” section, click on the “Accessibility Tickets” link.
You will be asked to provide your proof of disability in the process. Please note that at this stage you
will have the possibility to add a complementary ticket for a companion/personal assistant. In case
the demand exceeds supply, your application will go into a random selection via a lottery to select
the successful applicants.
21. How many tickets can I apply for?
Each applicant can apply for a maximum of four (4) tickets.
22. Can tickets be ordered for a larger group (more than four people)?
Group bookings are not possible, as it is our aim to enable as many different applicants as possible
to attend the 2016 UEFA Super Cup™.

23. What is an “applicant”?
An “applicant” is any natural person with legal capacity to apply and enter into an agreement for
purchase of the tickets to the 2016 UEFA Super Cup™ in accordance with the 2016 UEFA Super
Cup™ Ticketing Terms and Conditions. Applicants may apply for one ticket for themselves and, if
they wish, for up to three tickets for someone else (their “guest”). Applicants must provide their
personal details including for their guests. Applicants are fully and unconditionally responsible for
ensuring that their guest is aware of, agrees to and complies with the 2016 UEFA Super Cup™
Ticketing Terms and Conditions. In particular, applicants are responsible for ensuring that their guest
received a copy of the 2016 UEFA Super Cup™ Ticketing Terms and Conditions.
24. What is a “guest”?
A “guest” is an individual accompanying the applicant to the match and may include for example:
any relative, close friend or colleague, or in the case of an accessibility ticket holder the person
accompanying him/her, for whom an applicant requests a ticket and to whom a ticket may be
transferred in accordance with the 2016 UEFA Super Cup™ Ticketing Terms and Conditions.
25. Why must I bring my ID card or passport with me to the match?
You need to have your ID card or passport with you on the day of the match so that your identity can
be checked against the details provided with your application. Should a ticket holder not be in
possession of a valid ID card or passport, they will not be allowed into the stadium.
26. Why is a national ID card or passport number required during the
application process?
Stadium entry and match attendance is governed by the Stadium Rules for UEFA EURO 2016 and
any other applicable laws or regulations. Only authorised holders of a valid ticket and, upon request,
valid photographic proof of identity in the form of an official document (such as a national ID card,
passport or driving licence) may enter the stadium.
27. What if I filled in the wrong details by mistake?
To correct your application, you need to access your personal account on the ticketing portal and
put in the right information before the deadline of 12.00 CET on 30th June 2016. However, once the
sales period has closed, i.e. after 12.00 CET on 30th June 2016, it will no longer be possible to amend
your application.

28. I have no postcode/zip code and therefore cannot submit my
application. What should I do?
The postcode/zip code field is mandatory, as this information is necessary to ensure successful
delivery of the tickets. However, if you live in an area that has no postcode/zip code, please enter
“not applicable” in the corresponding field; otherwise, you will not be able to submit your application.
29. How do I pay for my UEFA Super Cup™ tickets?
Tickets must be paid for by credit card (MasterCard and Visa accepted). The card must be valid until
end of August 2016. If you are allocated tickets, your credit card will be charged automatically.
If you are allocated tickets in the lottery, payment will be due in Euros (€).
30. When will my credit card be charged?
If your application is successful and you have been allocated tickets, your credit card will be charged
after the closing of the portal between the 30th June and 14th July 2016. Should we not be able to
charge your credit card for any reason (for example, if the amount exceeds your credit limit), your
ticket order will automatically be cancelled.
31. In which currency I will be charged for tickets?
All applicants must pay for their tickets in Euros (€).
The applicant’s credit card issuing bank will apply its own currency exchange rates (if applicable)
and may levy additional fees or charges for such transaction as per the agreement with the applicant.
Applicants shall contact their respective credit card issuing bank before submitting the application
form in order to inquire about the credit card issuing bank’s exchange rates, charges or fees. UEFA
and the host association shall not be responsible for any such exchange rates, fees or charges levied
by applicant’s credit card issuing bank.
32. Where will my credit card be debited from?
Your credit card will be debited from UEFA – Super Cup 2016, Route de Genève 46, 1260, CH –
Nyon, Switzerland. The Merchant ID that will appear on your bank statement is 172923521.
33. Will I receive confirmation of my ticket application?
UEFA and the ticket portal are located in Switzerland and all credit card payments for the tickets will
be processed in Switzerland. Your credit card will be debited from UEFA – Super Cup 2016, Route
de Genève 46, 1260, CH – Nyon, Switzerland. The Merchant ID that will appear on your bank
statement is 172923521.

34. Can I cancel my ticket application?
Yes, during the sales period, you can access your personal application and cancel it. However, once
the sales period has closed (i.e. after 12.00 CET on 30th June 2016), it will no longer be possible to
cancel your application.
35. Does the time I place my ticket application affect my chances of
success?
It makes no difference whether you apply earlier or later during the sales period. Every valid
application received between Monday 30th May 2016 and Thursday 30th June 2016 has the same
chance of being successful in the lottery. (If demand exceeds supply for Tickets, they will be allocated
by random selection via a lottery).
36. Will tickets be allocated through a lottery?
If demand exceeds supply (which is extremely likely), all valid applications received by 12.00 CET
on Thursday 30th June 2016 will go into a lottery to determine the successful applicants.
37. What is the status of my application? How do I find out whether my
application has been successful?
All applicants will be informed by 14th July 2016 at the latest as to whether they were successful in
the lottery or not.
If you do not receive a confirmation email, please check the settings of your email account and make
sure that you can receive emails sent by [email protected] as your email provider may have
blocked our emails as spam. If you use an integrated email application such as Outlook, it is possible
that this program could have automatically sent our emails to your junk email folder. This could
explain why our emails are not reaching your inbox. Please also check that the email address that
you provided is correct. If you still cannot find the email, please log into your personal application
after Thursday 14th July 2016 to check the status of your application.
38. How will I know if I have got the ticket(s) I applied for?
After the lottery process has been completed and payment has been collected, all applicants,
whether successful or unsuccessful, will receive an email notifying them of the outcome of their
application by Thursday 14th July 2016 at the latest.
39. If I am allocated tickets in the lottery, can I still cancel them?
Once the sales period has closed, you can no longer cancel your application. If you are allocated
tickets, your credit card will be charged automatically.

40. Can tickets be used for commercial purposes (e.g. as a prize in a
competition or as part of a travel package)?
Only official UEFA Super Cup™ sponsors may use tickets for commercial purposes. Tickets should
not be used for any commercial purposes, including promotions, advertising, as prizes in
competitions or sweepstakes, or as a part of a travel package (e.g. combining flights, hotel and
tickets).
41. Am I allowed to give or sell my tickets to someone else?
No. Tickets are for personal use of the applicant and her/his guest only and neither the applicants
nor their guest may sell, offer for sale, auction, resell or otherwise transfer tickets.
42. If I am not sure who my guest will be, can I use any name?
No. Each ticket is allocated to a specific person. You must provide the full name and date of birth of
the person(s) who will accompany you to the match. ID checks may be carried out at the entrance
to the stadium and if your ID does not match the name indicated on the application form, entry will
be refused.
43. Will my name be printed on my tickets?
The name of the applicant and their guest(s) will be printed on the tickets allocated. ID checks will
be carried out at the entrance to the stadium.
44. Will my tickets be for adjacent seats?
Tickets that are part of the same application will, as far as possible, allow the ticket holders to be
seated together.
45. Will my tickets be replaced if they are lost or stolen?
Following the successful delivery of the ticket(s) to the applicant, UEFA shall not be responsible for
any damage, duplication, loss or theft of the ticket(s) and shall be under no obligation to reprint any
such ticket(s).
However, if the ticket(s) are damaged during the delivery to the applicant, the applicant can notify to
UEFA in writing within ten (10) days of the receipt of the tickets in order for UEFA to replace the
damaged tickets free of charge provided that the original ticket(s) are returned to UEFA.

46. How do I check if my ticket is an original?
The only way to have the guarantee about the authenticity of the tickets is by purchasing the 2016
UEFA Super Cup™ general public tickets through the only official source at www.UEFA.com.
Any products offered to the public by other companies or on platforms other than www.UEFA.com
are not part of or in any way related to the official 2016 UEFA Super Cup™ ticket sales programme.
47. Can I take pictures/film at the stadium or do I need to buy a permit?
You shall not take, record and/or transmit any sound, image and/or description of the stadium or the
match (as well as any result and/or statistics of the match) other than for his/her exclusive, private
and domestic use. It is strictly forbidden to disseminate over the Internet, radio, television or any
other current and/or future media, any sound, picture, image, data, description, result and/or
statistics of the match in whole or in part, or to assist any other person(s) conducting such activities.
48. Is this a secure website?
Please be assured that your application will be processed securely through
https://supercup.tickets.uefa.com Transactions are protected by SSL encryption and all data sent to
the server will be protected. Transaction times may vary, depending on site traffic.
49. What should I do if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, use the “Have you forgotten your password?” link in the login window.
The email address you provided will be used to send you a new password to access your personal
application.
If you do not receive a new password by email, please check the settings of your email account and
make sure that you can receive emails sent by [email protected] as your email provider may have
blocked emails from this address as spam. If you use an integrated email application such as
Outlook, it is possible that this program could have automatically sent our emails to your junk email
folder. This could explain why our email containing your new password has not arrived in your inbox.
50. I cannot log into my personal application even though I have entered
the login data correctly. What should I do?
If you have trouble logging in, please check the following:
- Your password is case sensitive, so be careful when you type capital and small letters.
- You should activate JavaScript (in the browser’s security settings), as otherwise, the site’s
full functionalities will not be available.
- Cookies have to be enabled (in the browser’s security settings). If you are concerned about
privacy, you can override automatic cookie handling by having your browser prompt you
before accepting cookies.

If you forget your password, use the “Forgot Password?” link in the login window. The email
address you provided will be used to send you a new password to access your personal
application.
After entering your email address and password, you must click on the “Login” button to
access your personal application. Please note that you cannot log in by pressing the “Enter”
key on your keyboard instead of the “Login” button.
51. Do I need a visa to Norway?
To check whether you need visa to Norway, please contact appropriate local authorities (e.g. ministry
of foreign affairs, embassy or consulate of your country in Norway or Norwegian embassy or
consulate in your country).
52. What should I know before entering the stadium?
In the interest of safety all spectators must only occupy the seat allocated to them with their
match ticket. No movement is allowed. Persons occupying the wrong seat will be evicted.
Nobody may stand in any seating area whilst play is in progress.
The obstructions of gangways, access ways, exits and entrances, stairways and like places is
strictly forbidden. Nobody entering the stadium shall be permitted to climb any structures
within the stadium.
All persons seeking entrance to the stadium acknowledge the organizer’s right to search any
person entering the stadium and to refuse entry to or eject from the stadium any person
refusing to submit to such a search.
The following articles must not be brought within the stadium:
- knives, weapons or any article that might be used as weapon and/or compromise public
safety
- fireworks
- smoke canisters
- cans, bottles of glass or plastic
- alcohol or other types of drugs
- any audio, visual or audio-visual material for recording or transmission
- animals
- any banners or flags with commercial, religious, pornographic, political or racist messages
- laser devices
- selfie sticks
- balaclavas or other face masking object
- single lens reflex (SLR) cameras
The use of threatening behaviour, foul or abusive language is strictly forbidden and will result in
ejection from the stadium
It is strictly forbidden to
- enter onto the pitch or pitch area
- throw any items within the stadium
- racial abuse
Smoking in No-Smoking areas is strictly forbidden
The organizer is NOT responsible for any accident/injury, loss or damages to persons/property

in or around the stadium.
No guarantees can be given by the organizer that an event will take place at a particular time
or on a particular date and the organizer reserves the right to reschedule the event without
notice and without any liability whatsoever.
There will be NO refund of any ticket costs, travel costs etc, if an event is abandoned.
Persons influenced by alcohol or any other kind of drugs will be rejected from the stadium area.
No goods (including literature) of any nature may be distributed or offered either free or for sale
by any person within the stadium without the written permission of the organizer.
A video surveillance system is in function outside and inside of the stadium.
Mobile telephones are permitted within the stadium, provided that they are used for personal
and private use only.
Tickets may not be offered for sale within the stadium area without the prior written permission
by the organizer.
Any individual who has entered any part of the stadium designated for the use of any group of
supporters to which he does not belong may be ejected from the stadium either for the purpose
of his own security or any other reason.
All times whilst present in the stadium, persons must comply with any and all instructions of the
organizer, any steward or police officer.
The organizer reserves absolutely the right to eject from the stadium any persons failing to
comply with any of the Ground Regulations.

55. Will accessible ticket holders receive a parking pass?
Parking passes for accessibility tickets holders will be available on request on a first come served
basis and subject to availability. Please note that the pass, if allocated, will be delivered with your
tickets. Please note that it will not be possible to enter drop-off points and parking areas without a
disabled spectator parking permit and valid match ticket.
56. What VAT is applicable to my ticket?
In accordance with the applicable Norwegian national law, please note that 10% VAT rates apply
and is included in the ticket price.
57. What is Print@Home?
All successful applicants who have been allocated tickets will be able to print their tickets directly
from home. Your print@home tickets will be available to print from the ticket portal no later than
two weeks prior to the match.
58. Can I print my tickets at the stadium?
There will not be any facilities at the stadium to print your ticket(s).
We therefore advise you to print your ticket(s) before going to the stadium.
59. Can I use my smartphone/tablet?
Entrance to the stadium will only be possible with your ticket printed on an A4 paper.
60. On which paper can I print my ticket?
Your ticket can be printed on a normal A4 printing paper. Please make sure that you have a clear
and clean bar code.
61. Can my ticket(s) be printed in black and white?
Yes. You can print in black and white as long as you have a clear and clean barcode.
62. I can’t print my ticket.
Your ticket will be in the PDF format. Once the document is open, please try to save it and print it.

63. I have lost/damaged my ticket – can I print another copy?
Please take care of your ticket. You will be able to print another copy by logging in your personal
account on the ticketing portal; however, it is your responsibility to keep it safe, as we will not be
able to cancel the lost document.
