If couples want to work the same shift, please staple your forms together. PLEASE BE CERTAIN TO SIGN IN AND OUT AT OPERATIONS TO RECEIVE CREDIT FOR YOUR CARNIVAL VOLUNTEER HOURS. Please, NO children allowed in your area while you are volunteering. Parents are responsible for their hours. If you are more than 15 minutes late to shift, your shift will be terminated and charges will apply.
