Please print your registration confirmation receipt that you received via email for this conference and
bring it with you. The confirmation contains a bar code, which you will need to check-in and receive your
badge for the conference. Attire for the conference is business casual. Be sure to bring a jacket, sweater
or dress in layered clothing, as temperatures may fluctuate within the conference rooms. For the
Flashback to the 40’s Event on Tuesday evening, attendees are welcome to dress up for the occasion or
come in business casual attire for this special event.

The Marriott Hotel is 13 miles from the Louis Armstrong Airport.
Turn left onto US-61 S/Airline Dr. Take the I-10 E ramp to US-90 BUS/Westbank. Keep left at the fork and
merge onto I-10 E. Continue onto US-90 BUS W. Take the exit toward Superdome. Turn right onto Dave
Dixon Dr. Slight right onto Girod St. Take the 1st left onto Loyola Ave. Continue onto Elk Pl. Turn right
onto Canal St. Make a U-turn. Destination will be on the right.
Estimated taxi fare is about $36 USD.

YOUR CONFERENCE EXPERIENCE
WORKSHOP PARTICIPANTS
Registration for the pre-conference workshops will be open on Saturday, 30 April at 7:30 and Sunday, 1
May at 8:00. Breakfast will also be available at this time. Be sure to arrive early so that you have time to
get your badge, have some breakfast and get a good seat in your workshop room!
Post-conference workshop registration will open from 7:30 – 2:00 on Wednesday, 2 May and 8:00 –
12:00 on Thursday, 5 May. Lunch that day (for workshop attendees only) will be from 12:30 – 1:30 in
Studio 1 & 2. If you attended the conference, you will not need to check in again at Registration.
All workshop attendees must sign-in each day to confirm their attendance. Sign-in sheets will be located
in the back of each room.

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
Conference registration will be open 4:30 – 6:30 on Sunday, and again at 7:00 on Monday. Keep in mind
that lines are expected to be longer on Monday morning, so it is highly encouraged to check in prior to
the Welcome Reception on Sunday evening. Be sure to remember your printed registration
confirmation receipt with the barcode in order to expedite your check-in.
When you check-in, you will receive your name badge. Name badges are required for admittance to ALL
conference functions, including the networking and social events, so please be sure to wear them at all
times.
NAME BADGE SCANNING
Name badge scanners will be utilized for each session to record your attendance. The name badge
scanners will be located on a table next to the entrance of the session rooms. We ask that you scan your
badge as you enter each session (except the keynote addresses and special plenary sessions). If you
have any difficulties scanning into a session, please contact the session monitor or an ISACA staff
member for assistance.
Please note that the scanners DO NOT track CPE credit hours. You will still need to allocate your CPE
hours online within “My ISACA” following the conference. Your CPE Certificate of Attendance will be
emailed to you four to six weeks following the conference.

6:10pm just outside of the Canal Street entrance of the New Orleans Marriott
