Majestic Granite Polishing Compound

Granite Polishing Compound is a ready-to-use polishing cream for
achieving the final luster on most granites. It provides the final polish
after restoration or shop honing to most granites. Granite Polishing
Compound is also very effective as a maintenance product for
re-polishing slightly worn traffic patterns on floors without honing.
For Use On: Works on all granites and similar stones without the
use of additives.

Directions:
Protect adjacent areas with Majestic Pre-taped Masking Poly and remove any topical coatings with
Majestic Ultra Strip. Rinse well. Lightly wet an approximately 15 sqft area with clean water. Do not
flood the area. Apply about 3 tablespoons of Granite Polishing Compound in a small 12” line in
center of area. Using a heavy duty (at least 125 lbs.) slow speed machine and a natural pad work
the product over the area to be polished. Add more water or Granite Polishing Compound as necessary
while keeping the cream somewhat thick. Work the product in a slow even side to side motion for
about 10 minutes, squeegee back an area to evaluate. If desired level of polish is achieved, wet
vacuum, rinse well, wet vacuum again and proceed to the next area. Complete large areas in a
checkerboard fashion overlapping areas to blend. Buff with a white pad when finished to remove
any residues and increase luster. Always test in an inconspicuous area prior to general use for suitability
and results. Some experimentation will be necessary to fine tune the process. In some cases mechanical
honing will be required prior to polishing with Granite Polishing Compound.
