Locks to Can- 6000 meters
Every Thursday 5:30 AM
All rowers are invited to participate in this club
wide Thursday training session! Meet at 5:30 AM
at the boathouse, row in whatever boat you want,
and head to the Ballard Locks. You will race from
the Locks to the Red Can in South Lake
Union. Member Evan Jacobs will time you or you
can time yourself. Get super strong for HEAD
races this fall by competing against the clock,
other members and yourself!
