Response rate - 92.1% Graduates from our range of geography and environmental management courses secure varied roles in areas such as environmental health, housing, energy advice, environmental consultancy, health and safety, flood risk management, recruitment consultancy, property management and education in both the public and private sectors. Further study destinations include secondary teaching, environmental consultancy, planning, research and specialist areas of science. In addition to civil engineering roles, graduates from this degree find employment in related roles such as health and safety, flood and coastal risk management. The contribution of placements and other forms of work experience to increase graduate employability cannot be emphasised enough. We know from surveying these graduates with relevant experience that they are more likely to enter employment at graduate level and on a higher salary.
