Welcome to the first Newsletter for QAC…… ‘Quack, Quack’ …
Firstly, I want to acknowledge the contribution that the outgoing President,
Paul, has given the Club, Thankyou Paul and your committee for your
dedication and hard work throughout 2015.
Fitness, Friendship and Fun…..
For those that were not at the AGM on Sunday, here are our goals for 2016
for QAC.
1. Swimming - Engage our coach and members in identifying technique and
squad requirements so that all our members achieve their personal swimming
goals from a varied and engaging squad sessions on Sunday. And have FUN !!!

2. Increase membership - Goal -10-15 New Members 2016 - Action plan of
how we achieve this though various forms of events within the community raising awareness.
3. Social Event- Once a Quarter - Trivia night / Barefoot Bowls / Christmas in
July/Easter Egg and Swim meet /annual Christmas Picnic and family fun day
4. Increase in Swim meet participation - Want to be recognised as a
supporter of other meets which in turn will increase participation and support for
our meet.
5. Merchandising - Develop and implement a QAC “wardrobe” of swimming
products that will be available for purchase at monthly BBQ and Social events.
