Please join us for the first fall session of The ACC Supper Club—come meet Professor
Steffen Hantke and explore the world of science fiction over a pizza dinner at The American
Culture Center!

“Once Upon a Time, in a Galaxy, far, far away . . . : Using or Abusing Science Fiction”

How to Participate: Students who wish to attend can sign-up for this event at the
English Dept. office (J828) between Sept. 5th and 11th. Seating is limited―the first 12
students to sign-up will be invited to supper with Professor Hantke. Students
attending this session will need to read Terry Bisson’s short story, “They’re Made Out
of Meat,” before coming to supper on Sept. 13th.
