What is the Online Lap Lane Reservation
System?
A new way to reserve a lap lane at our Indoor
Main Pool! Now you may reserve a lap lane at
designated times throughout the day- no more
dressing out and showering to swim, only to
have to wait on the pool deck for a lap lane to
open up. This easy to use website is designed to
save you time and ensure that you have a lap
lane when you want it! Add your name to the
waitlist if your desired reservation time is taken.
Who is this program for?
Any member who would like to reserve a lap lane
to swim!
What does it cost?
Absolutely nothing! This service is
complimentary with your membership.
Can I reserve a lap lane for any time, any day?
Reserved lap lanes will be available only at
designated days and times. All other lap swim
times are first come, first served.
How do I get started?
Follow the link on our website or go to
www.kerrlaplanes.com . After registering with
the site, just click on the day you’d like to
reserve a lane. Note that there are three
reservation spaces for each lane. Find a spot
listed “Available,” click on the begin time and
then the end time you’d like to reserve, and then
click “Book.” You’ll receive a confirmation email
for your reserved day and time.
Will I have a lane to myself if I reserve it?
Lanes designated for reservations may have up
to three reservations.
Are there any other rules for reservations?
Reservations can be made three days in advance
online, and close at noon each day. New days
for reservations open up at 8am. Lap lanes are
reserved for 30 minutes at a time. If a swimmer
arrives more than 15 minutes late for his/her
reserved lane, the reservation is considered
forfeit and will be released to other swimmers at
that time. A max of three reservations are
available for each lane at designated times,
which means swimmers may be required to circle
swim.
Can’t make your scheduled time?
Cancel it. Log in and delete your reservation
from the system. The next name on the waitlist
will be notified by email when a lane is available.
What if the three maximum reservations are met
for a lane at the time I want to swim?
Put your name on a waiting list! If a member
reserving a lane cancels his/her reservation, you
are first in line.
What if a lane is not reserved; can I still swim in
that unreserved lane?
Drop in lap lane swimmers are welcome to use
unreserved lane space.
