Proactive clinical risk management of eHealth systems How to comply with ISB 0160 …an interactive training course for clinical safety officers and other eHealth professionals The NHS Commissioning Board has, via its operating models, made it clear that all healthcare organisations must comply with safety standard ISB 0160 and ensure their suppliers comply with ISB 0129. Implementing these standards for the first time can be complex and time consuming. Real-world experience in this area is hard to come by. BT has been undertaking eHealth clinical risk management activities for nearly a decade. We have harnessed the experience gained from authoring large numbers of safety cases and wrapped this into an energetic and thoughtprovoking two-day course in practical Clinical Risk Management.
