Donation Request Form
Please submit requests a minimum of 30 days prior to your event or fundraiser.
Thank you for thinking of including the Bottleneck Drive Winery Association in your event
or activity. As we do receive a number of requests for donations we have set forth two
criteria in which your donation request must fall into in order to be eligible to receive
support from our association. Please confirm that you fall within one of the following two
options. Please send completed request forms to: [email protected].
1). A Bottleneck Drive wine donation that will be used for a silent auction, raffle or door
prizes to raise funds for the event or charity.
2). Bottleneck Drive Wineries Association is asked to participate in an event and/or
fundraiser by providing wine for tastings at the event. Bottleneck Drive Wineries request
that a wine tasting station be set up that would represent all Bottleneck Drive wineries.
Bottleneck Drive would provide the wine and the staff for this type of support.
