JAY HALFORD Jay is a michelin trained chef & pastry chef, and a rawfood guru, known as the ‘king of juicing’ - he’s not shy on indulgence

menus here, but he also produces our Hampers, and is the chef behind Elsa.
MINT Lizzie Jenkins founded Mint Catering well over a decade ago, and is
an emminent chef in the Cotswolds.
SOUSHI Christina & her team bring the true taste of Japan to the
Cotswolds. Their interactive, tasting menu is a real highlight.
JAMES GRAHAM James Graham founded Cotswold Catering Consultancy
several years ago, and is supported by an excellent team. Their speciality is
in creating bespoke menus, which are truly fabulous.
GUSTO Based in the heart of Montpellier, Cheltenham, Gusto Deli is owned
an run by Rachel Cappuccini & Gavin Thomson. Winner of 3rd best deli
in the UK, Gusto’s food is imaginative and daring, and they are also pros
when it comes to larger events.

purchase, our pride & joy - Elsa. She’s a 1950’s original Citroen H-Wagon,
