Insight Programmes for First Years
In recent years an increasing number of companies have constructed Insight
Programmes, with some lasting a day to others lasting a week. Insight
programmes are primarily designed for first year undergraduate students and
aim to provide an insight into the organisation and how they work behind-thescenes. Students tend to engage in a range of activities including workshops,
presentations and site tours.
