Booking Terms & Conditions
Booking Information
1. The deposit of £10.00 per person for Christmas
party night events and £5.00 per person for
Christmas lunch events must be sent to the
venue within 7 days of making the provisional
booking.
2. Non-payment of the deposit will result in your
booking being cancelled.
3. All payments are non-transferable and nonrefundable and cannot be used towards any
other goods and/or services (deposit payment,
full payment, accommodation payment and
drinks pre-order payment)
4. The final balance payment for all Christmas party
nights must be received by Friday 4th November
2016. Bookings made after this date must be
paid in full at the time of booking.
5. Any adjustments must be confirmed in writing
and will be subject to approval by the hotel.
6. Additional places are subject to availability.
7. Food pre orders must be received by the hotel
by 4th November 2016. If they are not received
by this date your party will all be allocated a same
choice menu and changes cannot be made. If
you have any concerns regarding food allergens
please speak to the Christmas co-ordinator for
more information.
8. Pre-ordered drinks must be paid for in advance of
the event and by the date specified
Cancellation by the Venue
9. Clayton Hotel Leeds reserves the right to alter,
amend or change the advertised events in the
unfortunate circumstances of force majeure, ill
health or forces beyond their control.
10. Clayton Hotel Leeds reserves the right to cancel
any event for any reason at its discretion. In this
circumstance an alternative date will be offered
or a full refund of monies paid will be given.

11. Dress code is smart casual. Black tie is welcome,
however it is not a requirement.
12. All prices include VAT at the current rate.
13. All rates quoted are subject to availability and
correct at the time of going to print.
14. Guests under 18 years old may be restricted at
some events – please check at time of booking.
15. The hotel management reserve the right to
refuse entry to the hotel and to charge the
company, organiser or individual for any damages
caused by unreasonable behaviour.
16. The party night special accommodation rate is
only available to guests attending a party night
at the hotel and limited numbers of rooms are
available.
17. The hotel does not allow alcohol to be brought
onto the premises.
18. The hotel will only confirm exact seating
arrangements the week of the event.
19. Smaller parties may be combined with others
to make a complete table.For bookings over
10 people the hotel will decide the allocation of
tables to your party.
