1. Necessary documents for applicants other than the U.S. citizens given in 2
☐ Facial photograph (This photo will be displayed on Special Registrant card.
It needs to be clear photo taken within three months of the application, facing the
front with no hat, no background. JPEG format, between 10 Kbytes and 1,536
Kbytes).
☐ Passport (clear copies of the following pages)
- Front cover
- Bio page
- In the case of an Indonesian passport, the page with the “visa exemption
certificate”
- In the case of a British National Overseas passport, the page which contains
the number of Hong Kong Identity Card.
 For those who are affiliated with an organization which meets given
requirements.
☐ An employment certificate from your organization of affiliation. (which
proves you have been affiliated with the relevant organization for at least 1
year.)
☐ Materials proving that your organization of affiliation meets given
requirements.
 For those who have a request from an organization which meet given
requirements.
☐ Certificate issued by the relevant organization.
2. Necessary documents for US citizens already enrolled in the Global Entry Program
(GEP), who wish to register as a user of the Trusted Traveler Program.
☐ Facial photograph (This photo will be displayed on Special Registrant card.
It needs to be clear photo taken within three months of the application, facing the
front with no hat, no background. JPEG format, between 10 Kbytes and 1,536
Kbytes).
☐ Passport (clear copies of the following pages)

- Bio page
☐ Copy of the declaration (Form No.13) (clear copy) or the document which
contains the number of PASS ID of GEP.
