Sheriff’s Deputies arrested Edwin Lee Marshall II, M, W, 42, Winfield in the
600 Block of Loomis Street on a Cowley County District Court warrant,
16CR680A for theft and criminal trespass. He was transported to and
booked into the Cowley County Jail on that warrant. He remains in
custody as of the time of this release.

Sheriff’s Deputies took a report at the Cowley County Courthouse in
regards to a theft of a handgun and cell phone taken from a vehicle in a
parking lot at Strother Field.
