TYPES OF MEMBERSHIP If you wish to join and actively participate in the life of the AEBH, please contact us at [email protected] and we will gladly inform you. WHAT DOES THE AEBH OFFER? You will enter an innovative and avant-garde group and be able to participate in the activities, workshops and training courses conducted by the full and senior members of the Association. You will also have the opportunity of getting involved in the activities organised by the different commissions within the Association, which are a space for exchange, debate and research open to all AEBH members. HOW DO MEMBERS PARTICIPATE? By attending the meetings of the General Assembly of Members, where everyone has the right to speak and vote. By contributing with their own experience and knowledge to any of the different commissions. By collaborating in the activities organised by the different commissions and in the seminars and conferences held by the Association. By sharing articles and interviews, reflections and research works to encourage the spreading of Family Constellations work and its basic principles. WHO CAN BE A MEMBER? SUPPORTER MEMBERS: All natural persons over 18 years-old, with full legal capacity and wishing to become supporter members of the AEBH can be so as long as they voluntarily join the Association, respect its objectives and Articles of Association, and pay their annual fee. They may later apply to become full or senior members if they meet the requirements to achieve these types of membership. FULL MEMBERS: All supporter members may, after one year, apply to become full members of the Association by certifying: - At least 500 hours of theoretical, practical and experience-based training in Family Constellations taught (at least 60 percent of its curriculum) by senior members of the Association. - 100 hours of Family Constellations work supervised by senior members of the Association. - Prior experience of at least 5 years in therapy, of which at least 2 should be in Constellations work. - Having a university degree and being trained in any therapeutic method other than Family Constellations. - The support of two full or senior members of the Association. - Drawing up of a record of the training process. - Physical presence in the General Assembly of Members meeting at the time of the voting. INSTRUCTOR MEMBERS: All full members of the Association may, after two years, apply to become senior members by certifying: - Having a high university degree. - 300 additional hours of training in Family Constellations instructed by senior members. - 100 additional hours of supervision by senior members (50 hours of group supervision and 50 hours of individual supervision). - Training in at least one therapeutic approach other than Family Constellation, for those who have not accredited it before. - A minimum of 10 years of professional exercise in the fields of therapy, help or similar. - Two years of teaching experience in Family Constellations under the supervision of a senior member. - Drawing up of a final research work (in the form of a dissertation) supervised by senior members and presented at an AEBH Seminar. - The support (conveyed in a letter including name, last name, date and signature) of two senior members (who will previously verify that the applicant meets the requirements of the AEBH). - Physical presence in the General Assembly of Members meeting at the moment of the voting. PSYCHOTHERAPIST MEMBERS: Both the full and the senior members of the Association may achieve the condition of psychotherapist member if they are nominated as such by the General Assembly of Members, at the suggestion of the Executive Board, after complying with the minimum common requirements established by the Federación Española de Asociaciones de Psicoterapeutas (FEAP, Spanish Federation of Psychotherapists’ Associations, http://www.feap.es/) for being accredited as psychotherapist.
