Warnings
When installing this light, the safety precautions that should be obeyed
include followings.
Firstly, please read and comply with all safety precautions
1、To avoid the possibility of electric shock, the light can only be installed or maintained after power supply is cut off, and the installation
and maintenance shall be conducted by qualified professional staff.
2、No matter in any cases, the light can neither be directly installed on the surface of combustible, nor be covered by combustible.
3、If the photocell needs to be installed, please refer to the installation instruction of photocell.
Secondly, please save these for future use.
Installation instruction
Firstly,
Light pole
Loosen the nut of the retaining screw on the light pole, and backout the retaining screw of light pole to the place that would not
block the insertion of light pole (as shown in picture1).

Righting the light horizontally and insert the light pole into the hole
of whirling arm. After confirm that the light pole is inserted till the
end, use a 5mm inner hex wrench (or tool with equivalent function)
to lock the retaining screw of light pole and ensure that the light
will be stable enough even the light pole would not loosen.
Thirdly,
Use a 5mm inner hex wrench (or tool with equivalent function)
to loosen two retaining screws of the upper cover and open it (as
shown in picture2).

Fourthly,
Put the cable of light pole through cable fixing head into
junction box of light (that is in electrical cavity) and use proper
wrench (or tool with equivalent function) to lock cable fixed
head until the cable would not loosen (as shown in picture3).

According to the horizontal situation displayed on gradienter, use
a 6mm inner hex wrench (or tool with equivalent function) to
loosen the regulating screw on both sides of whirling arm and
adjust the elevation angle of light (as shown in picture4). Once
adjusted to desired position, use corresponding tool and put
45N.m torque to lock the screw.

By loosening the retaining screw that tightly locks the light pole of
whirling arm to adjust the balance of another direction (as shown
in picture1). Once adjusted to desired position, use corresponding
tool and put 45N.m torque to lock the screw, and then put 10N.m
torque to lock the nut of the retaining screw on the light pole and
ensure the light is safely and firmly fixed on the light pole.
Gradienter
Sixthly,
Very important - Do not lock the screws with torque more than the
given value. Once exceeding the recommended torque value, it
will probably lead to local deformation of the light or the
installation of light will fail, which will result in hidden danger.
Finally,
Refer to wiring connecting instruction of the light and complete the
wiring input connection of the light.

Installation of Photocell
Firstly, please confirm that the upper surface of light is equipped
with photocell pedestal.

Secondly, check the different size of 3 conductive metal pins on
the photocell and match them to the holes with different size on
photocell pedestal.
Thirdly, insert the photocell to the pedestal and clockwise rotate it
tightly.
Finally, check whether the photosensitive window of the photocell
faces north. If the deviation is too large, please loosen the
pedestal of photocell and adjust the proper direction. The
photosensitive window of some photocell can also face northeast
or north west (as shown in picture5).

Power supply circuit

Yellow green
Firstly, insert the live line of power supply circuit into the jack
marked with “L” in the electrical cavity and confirm that it cannot
be easily pulled out by hand.
White
Secondly, insert the null line of power supply circuit into the jack
marked with “N” in the electrical cavity and confirm that it cannot
be easily pulled out by hand.
Thirdly, insert the yellow or green ground line of power supply
circuit into the jack marked with “G” or with grounding identification
in the electrical cavity and confirm that it cannot be easily pulled
out by hand.
Finally, close the upper cover and lock the retaining screw
with corresponding tools. Please ensure to lock the screw in
place.
