A nice round mid palate, with creamy even
tannins, wine is centered around black
cherry, plum with a nice and smooth finish.
The fruit is grown on our estate vineyard in Fairplay California. This wine
was fermented in small closed top stainless steel tank and pressed at
dryness, the wine was racked directly into barrels for aging. The barrel
lots were aged in combination of 40% new American oak and 60% one
year old oak barrels for 18 months.
