Happy 4th of July! Summer
is upon us in full force and its
been quite a hot summer. We
included some ideas for activities
that will help you beat the heat.
Check out our reminders about
fireworks and pool rules. Also,
we included some fun crafts and
great recipes you can incorporate into you 4th of July celebrations.

1. Happy 4th of July! As a reminder, NO fireworks of any kind are
allowed in the Woodbridge property.
2. Summer is upon us and hitting us hard. Don’t forget
to stay hydrated and drink plenty of water.
3. Pay your rent on or before the 3rd to be eligible for
the July Picnic Basket Raffle.
FOURTH OF JULY EVENT
The Clovis Kiwanis will be hosting the FREEDOM FEST at Clovis High School. It will feature food, drinks, games, live entertainment
and a fireworks show.
We have doggie treats!
Please stop by the leasing office today with
your pet so we can meet your lovely four legged
friend and give them a treat! Remember we
are a pet friendly community. We have doggie
stations located all across the property.

Keep Our Community Clean
Don’t forget to keep our community clean by picking up after
your pets. We all love animals,
but we need to make sure the
common spaces in our community are clean for everyone.
RED WHITE AND BLUE
layered drink
Ingredients:

1 cup Red CranApple juice
1 cup white sobe pina colada flavored drink
1 cup blue G2 gatorade
ice
Direction
1. Fill your glass 1/3 of the way full with Cran Apple
juice.
2. Fill to the top with ice.
3. Slowly pour the white sobe and then the blue gatorade on top of the ice. *It’s critical that you pour
SLOWLY, directly over the ice!

AMERICAN FLAG FRUIT
KABOBS
Ingredients:
• 3-4 bananas, cut into slices
• raspberries (about 62)
• blueberries (about 45)
• wooden kabob skewers (about 11)
• lemon juice
Directions:
1. For each banana/raspberry kabob you will need 7
raspberries and 6 banana slices. You will start and
end with a raspberry.
2. For each rasberry/banana/blueberry kabob, you will need 4 raspberries, 3
bananas, and about 9 blueberries.
3. Start with your rasberry and end with all the blueberries at the top.
4. Arrange on platter with 5 raspberry/banana/blueberry kabobs and then 6 (or
7) banana/raspberry kabobs to your flag.
5. Carefully arrange to make sure stripes are aligned. Drizzle with lemon juice.
6. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to 1 hour.

Beat-The-Heat
Summer Activities
It’s a HOT summer and we
know that often means hiding in
air conditioned buildings or staying
home. However, we found some
great ways to get our of your home
and have some fun and staying cool.
• Check out the Friday Night
Farmers Market. Enjoy the live
music, shop and enjoy summer
treats like snow cones.
• Visit Wild Water Adventure
Park. The park offers over 20
rides and has trees, lakes and
picnic areas.
• MB2 Raceway: The indoor
raceway offers high-performance electric karts and junior
karts.
• Impact Archery: They offer an
indoor range and have group
and individual instruction.
• Kings River Expeditions: They
offer a one and two-day whitewater rafting trip for the adventurous.
• Visit Roeding Park which
includes the largest Zoo, Chafee Zoological Gardens, in the
region and Rotary Playland and
Storyland.

food coloring
cotton swabs

in the middle between colors
4. Grab a cotton swab,
dab it with soap, and
then gently poke the
middle of each of
the colors.
5. Watch what happens!
