Navleen Nijjar is wanted for driving while disqualified and failing to comply with an order. Nijjar is described as a 39-year-old female, five-foot-five, 150 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Keith Cathcart is wanted for breach of probation. Cathcart is described as a 20-year-old male, five-foot-six, 181 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. Cade Belanger is wanted for theft under $5,000. Belanger is described as a 50-yearold male, five-foot-11, 165 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. Howard Charles is wanted for uttering threats and mischief under $5,000. Charles is described as a 51-year-old male, five-footfive, 146 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Tyson Kayes is wanted for failing to comply with probation. Kayes is described as a 37-year-old male, five-foot-11, 177 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. Jessica Tomlinson is wanted for assault with a weapon, mischief and failing to comply with probation. Tomlinson is described as a 21-year-old female, five-foot-six, 126 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes. The small batch Glen Saanich whisky by de Vine Vineyards and Distillery received a silver medal for its Glen Saanich Single Malt at last week’s Canadian Whisky Awards held in the Hotel Grand Pacific (in conjunction with the Victoria Whisky Festival). Made on the border of Saanich and Central Saanich on Old West Saanich Road, the 2017 release of Glen Saanich was already sold out before it debuted into the hierarchy of Canadian whiskies. “B.C.’s micro-distilling industry is newer than in other parts of the country and I’m so excited to see them starting to come into their own,” said Davin de Kergommeaux, chairman of the judges. “[B.C.] is a region to watch and I expect we will see B.C. continue to earn accolades.” Masterson’s 10 Year Old Rye earned Canadian Whisky of the Year, a first for Masterson’s.
