Elf Event News #4 11/12/16
Hello Parents!
My apologies that the Thursday email is on Sat... I succumbed to the sickness that has been wafting
through our cast. WOW! Time if FLYING by! Thank you all so much for working with your kids and
working on our show. It will be here before we know it!
Prop Help
Props could use the following items. If you
have any of this lying around the house
and are willing to let us use it, please send
next week.
If you'd like your items back, PLEASE
label with your name!
1 Unit Toys with no extra pieces: dolls, stuffed animals, trucks, action
figures, dollhouses,toy instruments, etc
Toy tools- hammers, wrench, screwdrivers
Christmas decorations: ornaments, garland
Huge stuffed animals (will return)
Etch-a-sketch
2nd Parent Meeting
Mark your calendars for our 2nd parent meeting- Saturday,
Nov, 19th at 11:45am. We need at least 1 parent present.
We'll be discussing how tech week and show calls will
work. Bring your questions!
Poster Blitz
After rehearsal next Saturday, we'll depart and
canvas the neighborhood to put up posters! Then
we'll meet up at Oberweis for Ice Cream. :) If you're
a parent who can take a group of kids, please email
me and let me know!

Alice
Alice is running this weekend and next weekend. We
encourage your students to use their comp ticket and
for you to come join them. Come see the awesome
work our HSR team is doing!

Ticket Contest
Just a reminder that we have a ticket contest going!
Every student that sells 30 tickets to Alice/Elf gets a FREE CTWS exclusive
t-shirt. And whoever sells the MOST tickets gets 2 tickets to see Aladdin at
Broadway in Chicago! Make sure your friends/family credit you when
placing the order as we cannot give retroactive credit.
