Job description








Improve cost performance by proactively identifying/implementing opportunity areas,
issuing action oriented financial reports and working closely with site leaders;
Creating competitive advantage for McCain by becoming the regional finance expert on
chilled manufacturing and supply chain management. Participate actively in the design and
delivery of the strategic plans for the business;
Be support and single financial contact of the site manager and operational team;
Actively participate and oversee in the forecast and close-out process, including standard set
up (pricing);
Establish clear and business oriented reporting, dashboards and scorecard to enable better
understanding of the business and improved decision making;
Ensure strong internal controls are present at site level and continuously assess and tackle
risk areas;
Support key accounting process with Dutch accounting team in the area or reporting, order
to cash and financial statement controls;
Financial reconciliation of invoice to be received accounts, improve the process and the
follow up with managers.

Job Requirements
The successful candidate will have a university degree in Business Administration or Finance, with a
minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a finance manager with supply chain finance
experience, preferably in a food- or consumer product goods organization. The candidate also needs
to have a proven ability to strong result and action orientation, capacity to handle business pressure
and natural collaboration skills.
We are looking for a Dutch native speaker with excellent knowledge of English on a business level
(written and verbal) and with very good computer skills. SAP experience is desired.
The Plant Finance and Regional Chilled Cost Manager reports to Regional Director of ISC Finance and
is based in Wezep, Netherlands. The function requires flexibility to travel.
