- Nightly rates are for 24 hours from start to finish.8 pax maximum overnight
- Above charter rates for day trips are for 16 pax max. 17-25pax at THB6,000 per pax up to 25 pax maximum
- Extra hours motoring above 4 hours per full day (2.5per half day) will incur a fuel surcharge ofTHB 15,000 /hour.
- Over-time hours charged at THB 45,000/hour (no fuel surcharge if motoring)

- No refund on unused fuel or provisions

PRICE INCLUDES
Normal operating costs for the Yacht and crew except that:
(i)main engine fuel is limited to 4 hours steaming per day (2.5per 1/2 day) at the Cruising Speed 12 Kts
(ii)fuel for tenders and water sports activities is limited to reasonable use at the Captain’s discretion
Food, alcoholic & soft drinks.
Half Day: 1 meal, Full Day: 2 meals, 24 Hours: 3 meals & snacks
National Park Fees and Kayaking Fees at Phang Nga for up to 10 pax. Extra pax at THB 1,500/pax.
Mini van transfer from hotel/villa or airport included for all overnight charters

- Fuel, berthing and harbour charges exceeding the allowances in "Price Includes"
- Optional tip for the crew
- Any costs ashore paid on behalf of the charterer
- Any service provided to a charterer not included in the Charter Fee
- Any equipment purchased or hired for charterer
- Any costs relating to medical treatment for charterer
- Any costs relating to Day Passengers
- Use of satellite telephone
- Visas, entry fees or Customs duties
