For more information about our pricing and surcharges, please
reference our Price List. Prices do not include shipping charges.
Standard production orders will ship within two weeks pending
credit approval. In the event of an unforeseen circumstance
(e.g. an extremely large order which depletes inventory), a six to
eight-week lead time may be necessary. Any substantial quantity
order (500 units or above) will require a custom quote on lead
time. As part of our Always Available Program, we will not
discontinue fabrics. These fabrics will be available for properties
to re-order with no minimums for years to come.
MINIMUM
There are no minimum requirements for Studio Collection items
produced with program-specified fabrics. Any items created with
fabrics outside of the Studio Collection will be processed through
normal custom channels and standard lead times and minimums
will apply.
CUSTOM
While you do have the option of selecting an alternate fabric within
our list of specified Studio Collection fabrics, a 10% customization
charge will be added to the standard price list cost. Product
manufacturing specifications can also be slightly altered, but may
be subject to a 10% customization charge. Any substantial changes
(e.g. over a couple of inches in dimensions) will require a custom
quote. Custom Color Requirements and Fabric Specifications can
be found on the Fabric Spec Sheets. Custom colors will not fall
into the Studio Collection program, so standard decorative item
lead times and minimums will apply.
SAMPLING
All Model Room Samples are stocked and available to ship within
48 hours pending credit approval. The only exception are bed skirts,
which will require a two-week lead time since they are tailored to
fit. The Model Room Sample price is the same as the production
price. There is no surcharge for samples. Model Room Samples
can also be created for items manufactured from alternate Studio
Collection fabrics. These items cannot be stocked, but will be
produced on a per request basis and within a two-week time frame.
We strongly encourage all customers to purchase Model Room
Samples since we are unable to accept returns should a customer
decide they want a different color.
