Ralph worked during 20 years with international networks in various areas of tax and accounting.
Co-heading the Tax & Accounting division of Weber & Bontemps since 2005.

Ralph has a broad experience in advising private and institutional clients and developed expertise in areas such as
accounting services, business consulting and local as well as international tax.
He is specialized in corporate tax services (domestic and cross border tax optimization, EU and international tax,
corporate and group restructuring and tax compliance).
He is also specialized in accounting and business advisory (planning and decision tools, accounting compliance,
accounting services to investment funds and consolidation of financial statements).

Ralph regularly holds seminars on topics such as corporate and international tax and issued publications on diverse tax
themes.
Qualifications and memberships
Master’s Degree in Economics and Postgraduate Degrees in Management and Taxation.
Expert-comptable (Certified Chartered Accountant).
Member in various Luxembourg professional institutes and working groups.
Languages spoken
Ralph is fluent in English, French, German, Swiss German and Luxembourgish.
