Wedding General Information
BANQUET MENUS
The final details of your event are to be submitted to the banquet department at least two weeks prior to your event to
ensure the quality of service you deserve.
To ensure the safety of all our guests and to comply with local health regulations, neither patrons nor their guests shall be
allowed to bring food or beverages into the Club without permission from WeaverRidge. We have the right to charge for
these services. Patrons or their guests are not allowed to remove food from WeaverRidge after the event. We are at your
service to custom design a menu for you and to accommodate your special requests which will ensure the overall
enjoyment of your event.
GUARANTEES
A tentative guest count is required 10 full days in advance. Your guaranteed count is due 5 days prior to your event. The
guaranteed count is the minimum number of meals for which you will be charged. This count may not be reduced.
EVENT ROOMS
Much of the success of your event depends on the atmosphere of your surroundings. At WeaverRidge we understand the
importance of this, and will work with you to achieve the overall experience you desire. The attendance you anticipate, as
well as the set –up you require, are the primary factors in your event room assignment. Revisions in these requirements
may necessitate changes to a more suitable room. Likewise, our schedule of room rentals fees is based upon your group’s
program. Revisions in factors such as group counts, times, dates, meal events, or set – up may necessitate revision of
rental fees. WeaverRidge reserves the right to assign your event based on all factors.
LABOR CHARGES (ON – PREMISE CATERING)
There is a $75.00 per bartender fee unless it is a package. If an additional bar is needed, there will be a $200.00 set up fee,
plus an additional bartender fee of $75.00. A chef’s charge of $100.00 will be added to all menus requiring special inroom preparations such as carving, grilling, and sauté stations. Cake cutting will be $1.00 per person unless it is a
package. A 18% service charge and all applicable taxes will be added to each food and beverage event.
We ask that no stapling, taping, tacking or nailing any item to the walls, floor or ceiling of WeaverRidge facilities be
permitted unless approval is given by the management in writing. No confetti, potpourri, or other loose material may be
put out on the tables without prior permission or scattered on WeaverRidge property. If permitted there will be an
additional $100.00 clean-up fee. Any other table other than wedding tables will be $25.00 (i.e. chocolate fountain)
DAMAGES
It is the responsibility of the patron to assume full responsibility for any damages to WeaverRidge property caused by the
patron, their guests or the agents of the patron (i.e., bands, display companies, Etc.) WeaverRidge Golf Club will assume
no responsibility for damages or loss should merchandise or articles be left in the Club preceding or following your
function. The only items that may be brought the day prior to your event are place cards. All other items must be
delivered or brought in the day of your function and removed immediately following your function. No chair covers,
flowers, table decorations may be left. If we have to remove these there is a $100.00 labor charge per hour and a $100.00
per day storage fee until it is picked up.
CANCELLATION
Should you find it necessary to cancel your confirmed event, cancellation charges as outlined in your contract will be
assessed.

PRICING
Our culinary staff uses only the freshest ingredients in preparing your meals. Due to market conditions, menu prices may
change without notice. Prices may be guaranteed but no more than 90 days prior to your function. A signed contract
guarantees this pricing.
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES
WeaverRidge is the only licensee authorized to sell and serve alcoholic beverages. WeaverRidge reserves the right to
request identification from any guest as well as the right to refuse service.
SIGNAGE AND DISPLAYS
In order to preserve the integrity of WeaverRidge and to comply with local fire codes, all signage, displays or decorations
and their set-up must be approved by WeaverRidge in advance. No stapling, taping, tacking, nailing any items to the
walls, floor or ceiling of WeaverRidge facilities be permitted unless approval is given by the management in writing.
SECURITY
WeaverRidge does not assume responsibility for the damages or loss of any merchandise or personal items brought onto
the property. WeaverRidge is not responsible for items left on property after your event. All items must be removed
immediately after your event unless advanced arrangements have been made.
PAYMENT POLICY
Unless credit has been established with WeaverRidge, payment must be received the Monday prior to your event, based
on the proposed number of guests. If you wish to use a credit card, a 3% service charge will be added.
