All those parcels or tracts of land, situate, lying and being in the thirty-third (33) township, in the twenty-second (22)
range, west of the fourth (4) meridian, in the Province of Alberta, Canada, and being composed of:
(A)
Section twenty-six (26) and all those portions of the north east quarter of section fourteen (14) and the north east
quarter of section twenty-two (22) of the said township, lying generally to the north and east of the left bank of the said
Red Deer River, containing three hundred fourteen and seven hundred seventy-two thousandths (314.772) hectares
(777.79 acres), more or less.
SAVING AND EXCEPTING:
1)
Eight hundred thirty thousandths (0.830) of a hectare (2.05 acres), more or less, required for a campsite, as
shown upon a plan of survey of record in the Land Titles Office at Calgary for the South Alberta Land
Registration District as No. 1807 J.K.
2)
Two and eight-four thousandths (2.084) hectares (5.15 acres), more or less, required for a roadway and ferry
site, as shown upon a plan of survey of record in the said Land Titles Office as No. 4923 E.Z.

roadway, as shown upon a plan of survey of record in the said Land Titles Office as No. 3003 B.Z.

All that portion of the said north east quarter of section fourteen (14) of the said township required for a campsite, as
shown upon the said plan No. 1807 J.K., containing eight hundred thirty thousandths (0.830) of a hectare (2.05 acres),
more or less.

All that portion of the north half of the said section fourteen (14) which lies generally to the west of the right bank of the
Red Deer River and to the north and east of the northeasterly limit of a surveyed roadway, as shown upon a plan of
survey of record in the said Land Titles Office as No. 3876 G.P., containing eight and four hundred ninety-eight
thousandths (8.498) hectares (20.99 acres), more or less.
SAVING AND EXCEPTING:
Twelve thousandths (0.012) of a hectare (0.03 of an acre), more or less, required for a surveyed roadway, as

range, west of the fourth (4) meridian, in the Province of Alberta, Canada and being composed of:
The north half and south west quarter of section twenty-nine (29), the south half, north east quarter and the east half of
the north west quarter of section thirty (30), the south east quarter of section thirty-one (31), the south half of section
thirty-two (32), the south west quarter of section thirty-three (33), all those portions of the north half of section twenty
(20), the south west quarter of section twenty-eight (28) and the south east quarter of the said section twenty-nine (29)
lying generally to the north and west of the right bank of the said Red Deer River, all those portions of the north half
and south west quarter of section nineteen (19) and the north half of the said section twenty-eight (28) lying on both
sides of the said Red Deer River and all that portion of the north east quarter of the said section twenty-eight (28) of
the said township comprising an island in the said Red Deer River, containing one thousand eighty-one and five
hundred forty thousandths (1,081.540) hectares (2,672.45 acres) more or less.

The north east quarter and the east half of the west half of section twenty-four (24), all that portion the south east
quarter of the said section twenty-four (24) lying generally to the north and west of the right bank of the said Red Deer
River and all that portion of the south east quarter of section twenty-five (25) of the said township, lying generally to the
south and east of the southeasterly limit of a surveyed roadway, as shown upon a plan of survey of record in the said
Land Titles Office as No. 747 B.M., containing two hundred two and three hundred fifty thousandths (202.350) hectares
(500.00 acres), more or less.
The lands herein described contain one thousand five hundred ninety-eight and two hundred seventeen thousandths
(1,598.217) hectares (3,949.14 acres), more or less.
