List of Reserve Lead Co-Lawyers
In pursuant to ECCC Internal Rule 12 ter, paragraph 4 which provides that " ..... due to unforeseen and
exceptional circumstances, both Lead Co-Lawyers are temporarily unable to carry out their
functions, the Office of Administration, in consultation with the Lead Co-Lawyers where possible,
shall designate at least one lawyer to undertake thesefimctions until either Lead Co-Lawyer is able
to resume his or her functions ", the Office of Administration would like to submit the list of Reserve
Lead Co-Lawyers in pursuant to the above rule for your information:
