GROUP DIRECTOR OF ASSETS Salary: Circa £65,000 per annum + benefits Location: Central Belfast Clanmil is a not for profit social housing provider with some 3,600 units of accommodation throughout Northern Ireland. Our new Director of Assets will join the Senior Management Team and as such will lead on both strategic and operational activity. Clanmil is ambitious and has plans to increase its housing stock by some 1,500 units in the next 2 to 3 years. We are therefore seeking a visionary Director who will support and be part of this growth strategy by leading and motivating the Asset Team through this change. Prime responsibilities focus on the delivery of a comprehensive, value for money and customer focused maintenance service. A track record in procurement, contract awards and forecasting longer term maintenance spend would be an advantage with an understanding of the legislative regime required in the context of social housing. We see our Director of Assets being able to demonstrate a strong management and a technical track record with significant experience in residential property/asset management.
