Terms and Conditions of SingTel Mobile’s Game On Lucky Draw (“Lucky Draw”)
This Lucky Draw is carried out by SingTel Mobile Singapore Pte Ltd (“SingTel Mobile”) and is
subject to these terms and conditions (“Terms”). By registering or taking part in this Lucky Draw,
all persons participating herein (each a “Participant”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

This Lucky Draw is open to all Singapore citizens and permanent residents who:
(i)
Are aged 18 and above as at the start of the Promotion Period (as defined in
Clause 5 below);
(ii)
Have, during the Promotion Period purchased a Samsung GALAXY S5 LTE and:
a.
signed up for a new mobile line with a 24-month contract on any SingTel
Mobile Lite plan and above; or
b.
recontracted an existing SingTel Mobile postpaid mobile service with a
24-month contract on any SingTel Mobile Lite plan and above
at any SingTel shop in Singapore, SingTel’s Marina Bay Sands launch event on
11 and 12 April 2014 or at SingTel’s online shop (singtelshop.com).
(iii)
Are not the immediate family members of or employees of Singapore
Telecommunications Ltd (“SingTel”), Samsung, or its agencies and other parties
which are directly involved and/or associated in organizing, promoting and/or
conducting this Lucky Draw.
Each new sign-up or recontract entitles the Participant to one (1) chance in the Lucky
Draw. A one-time registration fee and SIM Card charge shall apply for new sign-ups. A
top-up charge of S$200-$350 shall apply for early phone upgrades, depending on the
phone model. This Lucky Draw is not available to customers on the Corporate Individual
Scheme and Corporate Volume Discount Scheme.
By participating in the Lucky Draw, each Participant represents and warrants that he/she
has met the eligibility criteria set out under Clause 1 above and consents to the use by
SingTel or SingTel Mobile of his/her personal information for feedback, promotional and
marketing purposes.
Participants shall participate in the Lucky Draw on his or her own account, and shall not
submit forms or participate on behalf of other persons. SingTel Mobile may from time to
time in its absolute discretion decide on the eligibility for participation in the Lucky
Draw.
The promotion period runs from 11 April 2014 till 8 May 2014, both dates inclusive (the
“Promotion Period”).
The draw for the Lucky Draw winners will be conducted by 12 May 2014 (“Draw
Date”), or such other date as SingTel Mobile may determine at its sole and absolute
discretion, at 31B Exeter Road, #03-00 Comcentre II Singapore 293733.
There shall be four (4) winners of the Lucky Draw. Each winner shall be entitled to the
following prize (“Prize”):
1 pair of passes to a dinner date with Sergio Agüero and Rio Ferdinand on 15 May
2014 (Location of restaurant to be confirmed)
Winners shall be notified via SMS and/or phone within two (2) working days from the
Draw Date based on the submitted contact details. Winners shall ensure that they remain
contactable at all times. If SingTel Mobile is unable to contact any winner for any reason
whatsoever, it shall at its sole discretion draw another substitute winner.
Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash. Winners are responsible
for collecting their Prizes in person. Winners will be advised of the date, time and venue
for the collection of Prizes separately.

Winners will be required to personally submit the following verification documents to be
eligible to collect any Prize: Original passport and mobile contract or proof of
subscription/confirmation from the Participant’s purchasing channel. The award of Prizes
shall be subject to such verification to the full satisfaction of SingTel Mobile.
SingTel Mobile may at its sole discretion make Prize substitutions without prior notice to
any person. Any Prizes won or accepted shall be given on an “as-is” basis and are not
returnable. SingTel Mobile expressly disclaims any warranties express or implied in
connection with any Prizes to the fullest extent permitted by applicable laws. The Prizes
may be subject to additional terms and conditions, and Participants agree to comply with
all terms and conditions applicable to the Prizes.
Where Prizes contain a specific date during which it should be utilized, no requests for
extensions or replacements whatsoever will be entertained.
SingTel Mobile’s decision on all matters relating to this Lucky Draw shall be final and
binding. No further correspondence regarding this Lucky Draw, these Terms or any
decision made by SingTel Mobile in connection therewith and/or the results will be
entertained.
Any trademarks, graphic symbols, logos or intellectual property contained in any
materials used in connection with this Lucky Draw, in particular that relating to the
Prizes, are the property of their respective owners. SingTel Mobile and its affiliates and
contractors are not affiliated with, or endorsed or sponsored by, such owners and their
relevant affiliates.
By entering into this Lucky Draw, each Participant agrees that SingTel, SingTel Mobile
its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their
respective officers, directors, and employees (the “Relevant Organisers”) shall not be
liable for injury, loss, claims or damage of any kind arising out of or in connection with
participating in this Lucky Draw, the Participants’ acts, omissions or negligence and/or
from the acceptance or use/misuse of the Prize awarded. Each Participant agrees to waive
and release the Relevant Organisers from the above-mentioned claims and liabilities. This
includes, without limitation, personal injury, death, and property damage, and claims
based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy, to the extent not prohibited
by applicable written laws.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, each Participant agrees to indemnify SingTel
Mobile against any losses, damages, costs, expenses, claims or liabilities of any kind
arising in connection with his or her participation in the Lucky Draw.
By participating in the Lucky Draw, Participants hereby consent to and authorize SingTel
Mobile to use at its sole discretion, without further compensation to the Participants, any
of their names, addresses, personal details, photographs, videotapes or any likeness of
them for packaging, promotional, advertising, marketing and/or publicity purposes (where
not prohibited by written law), and to the use of statements or any creative content made
by or attributed to winners of this Lucky Draw, and any rights in connection therewith.
SingTel Mobile is not responsible or liable for delayed, lost, stolen, incomplete, late or
misdirected entries and submissions caused by any reason whatsoever, including but not
limited to service delays, interruptions, failures or overloads, telephone lines, and/or
postal/internet services.
SingTel Mobile reserves the right to:
(i)
disqualify any Participant and/or pursue legal action against any person which it
believes has undertaken fraudulent activities or other activities harmful or
prejudicial to this Lucky Draw or its entry submission process;
(ii)

terminate or cancel the Lucky Draw, in whole or in part, without prior notice and
at any time, or modify the Lucky Draw in any way, without liability to any
person; and
(iii)
vary or modify these Terms in such manner as SingTel Mobile deems fit, without
giving notice or reason, and without any liability to Participants. Any such
changes shall be binding and will take effect immediately upon such amendment.
These Terms shall be governed by Singapore law and each Participant agrees to submit
any claim, dispute or controversy to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the
Republic of Singapore.
